We can never expect to “see” Transformation on the outside, It does not exist to the eye.
  • I have struggled with a learning disability diagnosed as auditory processing and anxiety disorder. Over the years I have worked diligently at turning it into my secret weapon.
  • My first memory of struggling with exercise, food and my body was around 1st grade. Grateful to have created a way to move mountains from getting to the depths of my fears around exercise, food and my body.
  • Tennis will always be my first LOVE. Starting as a freshman in college and going to the NCAA’s my freshman year will always go down as one of the highlights of my life.
  • Discovering a 12 step program at 22 years old was the 2nd thing that saved my life. Tennis was the first and my husbands (+friendships) love is now what inspires me to show up exactly as I am, everyday.
  • My energy and motivation is one of my biggest strengths. I literally popped out of the whom ready to go! People often ask where I get my “energy” from, and can I bottle it up so they can buy some!  A forever challenge will be controlling how to channel it when I know I am crashing and need to recharge.
  • Alone time is where I recharge. It is the key to my self-care routine.
  • I got engaged at the top of Mt. Killamanjaro (at 19,500 ft) and married on the beach at sea level!
  • I LOVE HUMANS. I have been secretly studying them for years.
  • Meeting new people, watching how people interact and hearing their story is definitely a favorite hobby.
  •  I used to drink diet coke (+ used Splenda) like a fiend and finally surrendered. It was one of the hardest addictions to let go of.  I would drink 3-5 + a day!!! At one point I felt like I lost my “best friend,” aka diet coke. I hit rock button, my body was screaming at me and I knew I was willing to make a change. The journey has been life changing.
  • Ice Coffee + cream are a staple in my life. Yet I don’t drink caffeine for energy, the pure joy is about the experience with loving coffee shops and humans.
  • Around 80% of my wardrobe are hammy downs from some of my favorite people.
  • Tessa’s immediate family is spread across the country, from California to Chicago to NYC. She has three crazy, fun-loving brothers, 8 sisters-in-law, 4 brothers-in-law, and the list goes on.
  • My parents are divorced. My mom resides in California. My father is living in NYC and has recently remarried. The value in hard work is hands down the most valuable thing my parents showed me.
  • My grandparents on my father’s side are Holocaust Survivors. My grandma Paula Taub, lost her first husband and 2 kids in the war.  Remarried my grandfather, George and had my dad in a relocation camp called Auschwitz.
  • I am in awe of my clients. Their ability to show up. Do the work and be the change they wish to see in themselves is a powerful process. Getting to witness their journeys is an honor.
  • Friendships, connection, community, cuddling, my husband and laughter are the foundations of my life.
  • I am married to a man that teaches me more about love than I ever imagined. We celebrated 8 year together, 2.5 married. Our life is messy, beautiful and we work hard at communication and growing together. We own our first home together. He drives a white leaf and I drive a blue prius. We have vegetable gardens in the front yard and a chicken coop with 3 FREE RANGE chickens in the backyard. Our home is almost all solar thanks to our “solar” wedding fund and my husbands deep desire to leave this world a better place.
  • I truly believe WE ALL POSSES THE POWER TO BE THE CHANGE IN THE WORLD
